With over 25 years of experience in the design industry, Truddy, a chartered member of the Royal Institute of British Architects, brings a wealth of knowledge to corporate real estate consulting. Her expertise spans workplace efficiency, employee experience, and design, workplace strategy, and organizational change management. Truddy helps organizations develop workplace solutions that align with business goals and optimize employee performance. She is particularly skilled at identifying opportunities to foster company culture and enhance business productivity by connecting work to place and technology. Truddy’s recent work emphasizes the importance of experience as a key driver in defining space and amenities that enable employees to work happily and effectively.
Truddy also has extensive experience in stakeholder and leadership advisory. Her strategic thinking and passion for creating optimal work/user experiences for people contribute to the development of appropriate and tailored strategies and transformative programmes.
Her professional expertise lies in advising clients on the articulation of problems on hand and providing a consultative approach to and the development of strategic business solutions to real estate challenges around people, behaviours and space utilization. She is a certified Procsi Practitioner.
Prior to joining JLL, Truddy held similar roles at Colliers where she was Head Of Workplace Advisory Asia. Truddy held a similar role at CBRE advising the likes of HSBC, AXA, Bayer, Cisco and Citibank as a workplace consultant and change consultant.
Truddy has lived and worked in the UK, Australia and Hong Kong. Truddy speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
