陳浩衍 (Steve Chan)

Steve Chan is the Head of Operations for Greater China and Korea Property and Asset Management. He is responsible for overseeing the overall delivery of quality property and asset management services across the management portfolios. He is also dedicated to ensuring compliance of the business operations with regional and local requirements, while developing best practices from our experience across Greater China and tailored for the local markets.

With over 25 years of experience, he has overseen crucial projects such as Y2K system compliance, large-scale retrofits, and engineering operations for over 250 assignments. Additionally, Steve has provided valuable risk management and consultancy services for notable projects such as Taipei 101, 2008 Beijing Olympic Stadium (Bird’s Nest), Yue Xiu REIT IPO and Shenzhen PingAn Finance Centre.

Being a LEED AP and Fellow Mechanical Engineer, he also integrated best practices and rolled out Premium Engineering Services program across Greater China and fruitful results have been obtained.
