Stuart Crow leads our Capital Markets business in Asia Pacific, including Investment Sales and Advisory, Equity Advisory, Debt Advisory and Hotels & Hospitality.
Based in Singapore for 24 years, Stuart is now responsible for providing investment and financial structuring advice for major real estate transactions across the APAC region.
With over 30 years’ experience in the property finance and investment sector, he has worked across all major Asia Pacific real estate markets and concentrates on identifying debt and equity investment opportunities and trends for cross-border investors. He also specializes in assisting clients with market entry and investment strategies.
On behalf of owners, investors and developments, Stuart has assisted in raising US$30bn of foreign capital over the past three years for direct real estate or joint venture transactions.
Stuart leads a team across the region ranked the #1 advisor in Asia Pacific over the past 10 years according to Real Capital Analytics and has been personally involved in the region’s largest transactions.
