As CEO of Work Dynamics Technology, Sharad Rastogi is responsible for technology products and solutions for commercial real estate.
Based in San Francisco, he is a global technology executive with strong track record of transforming businesses and increasing shareholder value across a broad range of leadership roles, in both high growth and turnaround situations.
At JLL his focus areas include development of a next generation data & insights platform, agentic AI workflows, new dynamic services for a hybrid world and sustainability solutions to reduce carbon footprint. Currently he is also an advisor to Boston University, College of Engineering.
Prior to joining JLL, Sharad was CPO/SVP at Dell Technologies, responsible for a diverse portfolio of software and appliances for its $3bn+ data protection division. Before that, he held senior roles in general management, products, marketing, corporate development and strategy at leading companies including Cisco, JDSU, Avid and Bain.
Sharad holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, an M.S. in engineering from Boston University and a B.Tech. in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology. He lives in California with his wife and teenaged son and enjoys global travel and engaging in new experiences.
