Radha Dhir is CEO and Country Head of JLL India – the nation’s largest commercial real estate firm. She is responsible for setting strategic direction, driving business growth and overseeing operations across one of the world’s most dynamic real estate markets.
Radha joined JLL in 2021, bringing a wealth of experience in financial services, corporate strategy and leadership to the role. As a member of JLL’s Asia Pacific Executive Board and Chair of the India Leadership Council, she plays a key role in advancing JLL’s presence across the region and shaping industry-leading real estate solutions.
Prior to joining JLL, Radha spent 24 years at Deutsche Bank. Most recently, she served as Managing Director and Head of the Global Subsidiary Coverage Group, Deutsche Bank India, where she was a member of the Deutsche Bank India Executive Committee. Having started her career as a graduate trainee in 1995, she quickly rose through the ranks. In 2008, Radha became the first female and youngest Managing Director at Deutsche Bank India.
Radha is highly regarded for her business acumen, integrity and ability to cultivate strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike. She is actively involved in industry associations, serving as Vice Chair of the ULI India Exco and a board member of APREA India. She also contributes to global and national policy discussions through involvement with the World Economic Forum, NAREDCO, CREDAI and CII. She is a frequent speaker at international leadership and academic conferences, including at Harvard Business School and Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore.
Beyond her professional commitments, Radha is a strong advocate for wellbeing and social responsibility. In 2018, she founded Ziptofitness, a platform dedicated to promoting fitness, good health and mental wellbeing. She is also passionate about community building, infrastructure development, responsible consumption, education and the empowerment of young girls.
