Paul Morgan is the Global Chief Operating Officer of Real Estate Management Services, where he leads comprehensive building lifecycle solutions that maximize client returns on real estate investments. He directs Workplace Management globally, JLL’s largest sub-business line, encompassing over 53,000 professionals across 80 countries who deliver facilities management services to Fortune 500 companies and leading organizations worldwide. His extensive global leadership experience encompasses account management, sales and business development, service execution and strategic planning.

Paul joined JLL in 2016, initially leading the Corporate Solutions Business Line for the central U.S. and Canada. His career includes over 18 years with Johnson Controls and CBRE, where he held a variety of executive leadership positions in sales, strategy, account management and operations. Most notably, he served as Global President of CBRE’s Enterprise Facility Management business, managing a global operation and driving growth through the development, sales and delivery of innovative service solutions to clients across diverse sectors, including oil and gas, financial services, healthcare and industrial.

A key accomplishment in Paul’s career was his leadership role in the 2015 merger of CBRE with Johnson Controls' Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business. He was instrumental in establishing the global supply chain organization, defining operational delivery strategies, and overseeing the service line deployment for the combined business.

Prior to the merger, Paul held the position of Americas CEO for GWS, where he led over 5,000 employees and was responsible for strategy, marketing, business development, client relationship management, people development and P&L. He also led the Global Oil & Gas Industry vertical as Division President, driving significant growth in over 40 countries. His experience at Johnson Controls also includes various functional leadership roles within the GWS business, such as oversight of industry sectors, business development, accounts and consulting.

Originally from the UK, Paul began his career as a graduate trainee with Thames Water. He holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Manchester and a degree in Chemistry from the University of Salford.
