Laura Adams is the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at JLL, leading the company’s global people strategy with a focus on fostering an exceptional employee experience and strengthening workplace culture.

Laura is responsible for talent development, employee well-being, inclusion, leadership effectiveness and HR innovation, ensuring that JLL continues to attract, retain and develop top talent worldwide.

Under Laura’s leadership, JLL has undergone significant organizational transformation, introducing data-driven HR technology platforms to streamline employee support and enhance workforce analytics. She has also spearheaded the Leadership Behaviors framework, which shapes collaboration and performance across JLL’s teams, and aligned the company’s performance and incentive systems to drive impact, innovation and business success.

Since joining JLL in 2005, Laura has held progressive HR leadership roles, playing a key role in business transformation initiatives and aligning people programs with corporate strategy. Before becoming CHRO, she served as the global HR lead for JLL’s Capital Markets, Leasing Advisory, JLL Technologies, and Work Dynamics business lines, where she successfully built and scaled HR initiatives to support business growth. She is also a member of JLL’s Global Executive Board, responsible for shaping and delivering the company’s long-term strategic vision.

Prior to joining JLL, Laura was an HR Business Partner at Washington Mutual Bank and held various HR leadership roles at Diamond Technology Partners, a global digital consulting firm specializing in digital transformation.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Eastern Michigan University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
