Winnie Tsien

In April 2020, Winnie Tsien was appointed to lead the human resources function for JLL in Hong Kong covering the business in Macao and Taiwan. Winnie was appointed since May 2022 as the Regional Head of People Experience for Work Dynamics and subsequently taking on additional role and resumed the role of Head of Human Resources, APAC Work Dynamics from August 2023 and then adding APAC Property Management from May 2025. She is now leading the team to strengthen employee experience by activating HR products, embedding, facilitating and enhancing moments that matter and partnering with the most senior business leaders as the strategic advisor to inform HR priorities and focus to meet the unique needs of the business.

Before moving to JLL, Winnie spent 12 years in PwC with the latest role of leading the Human Capital Digitalisation function to play a key part in enabling digital solutions to support business needs and realise the benefits of HR technology investments. Prior to that, Winnie had been working as Human Resources Business Partner for Assurance practice in the same firm.

Winnie started her career as a Social Worker focusing on youth, children and family’s cases as she completed her first bachelor’s degree in social work discipline.
