Weng Foong is the Head of Finance for Work Dynamics APAC, overseeing financial operations across the entire Asia Pacific region after a 13-year career at JLL. He has transformed business reporting from geography to business lines, implemented AI and RPA-enhanced operating models, and centralized FP&A functions regionwide.
Previously, as Regional Finance Director for Work Dynamics APAC Account Management and IFM APAC divisions, he digitalized financial reporting through BI tools, led major system implementations, and redesigned finance operating models to support business evolution before assuming his current leadership role. His earlier JLL roles included managing the HSBC account across APAC and supporting acquisition projects.
Before JLL, he excelled at Hewlett Packard and secured over S$1M in funding as VP of Finance at Gajah International.
