Vincent Van Brée

Vincent Van Brée currently heads the Capital Markets team at JLL for the BeLux market, where he provides strategic sales advice on commercial real estate transactions across Belgium and Luxembourg. His role involves guiding clients through complex investment decisions, optimizing portfolio performance, and delivering market-leading transaction support.

Vincent's career spans more than two decades, beginning in 2000 at Carrefour Corporate Treasury as a financial controller in Brussels, where he oversaw financial results and cash management for global subsidiaries. In 2007, he transitioned to real estate by joining King Sturge's Investment department before becoming part of JLL following the 2011 merger between the companies. His expertise and leadership qualities led to his appointment as head of Capital Markets in Luxembourg in January 2017, and in 2024, his responsibilities expanded to encompass the entire BeLux region.

Throughout his JLL tenure, Vincent has accumulated extensive experience working with diverse client types on numerous investment transactions, handling both sell and buy-side mandates. His deep understanding of the BeLux market dynamics has established him as a trusted advisor to institutional investors, private equity firms, family offices, and corporate clients. Vincent holds a Master's Degree in Financial Economics from UCL Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve and is fluent in French (native), Dutch, English, and Spanish.
