佟恩 (Tony Tong)

Tony Tong is the Managing Director for JLL West China and is responsible for the business development and operations of the West China hub.

Tony has nearly ten years of experience in China’s commercial real estate industry. He joined JLL in 2014, serving as the Head of Integrated Sales and later as the Head of Capital Markets in Xi’an, where he successfully secured several landmark transactions. In 2019, Tony was promoted to General Manager of the Xi'an office. Tony processes extensive expertise and forward-looking insights in the commercial real estate sector, specializing in the sale and purchase of commercial properties and alternative assets, transaction advisory services, and investment analysis. In his tenure, Tony and his team have long supported local governments in making strategic decisions at multiple levels, providing tailored industrial planning, real estate investment strategies, and property leasing and operation services.
