Sandeep Sethi

Sandeep is the President for Work Dynamics, APAC, responsible for managing client relationships and business growth. He also oversees the Data Centre and Industrials verticals, and the Consulting Practice across APAC.

As President APAC, he provides strategic direction to the business and focuses on strengthening client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring excellence in service delivery. Sandeep is a keen advocate of skill development, technology applications in real estate, and sustainability. Sandeep has been a part of various sustainability and social impact councils including industry coalitions.

Having trained as a Mechanical Engineer, Sandeep has over 30 years of experience in the corporate sector and has held a diverse set of roles ranging from general management to strategic leadership.

Prior to his current role, Sandeep served as the Managing Director of JLL Work Dynamics in West Asia (India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Mauritius), where he provided oversight to all occupier products including Workplace Management Services, Project Management, Transactions Advisories, & Workplace Consulting businesses.

Before joining JLL in 2013, he led multiple service businesses in the IFM, commercial HVACR, smart buildings and telecom industries for organizations such as UTC, Johnson Controls and Acme Telepower in India, China, Singapore, USA and Africa.

Sandeep played an active role in the Government of India’s skilling mission and also chaired an industry coalition that worked on decarbonizing the construction industry.
