Ralf Kemper

Ralf Kemper is an experienced professional in real estate valuation with more than two decades of expertise spanning European commercial and residential markets. He leads JLL's Value & Risk Advisory team across EMEA focused on the valuation of mainly office and retail properties for lender services, overseeing a team in more than ten European markets.

Joining JLL in 2002 as a valuer, Ralf Kemper assumed leadership of the German valuation team in 2015 and served in this position for more than a decade before advancing to his current role. His responsibilities include directing operations across major European markets, overseeing property and portfolio valuations in the office and retail sector for secured lending purposes, and managing key client relationships with a focus on lenders, including banks and debt funds.

Beginning his career in German residential development, Ralf Kemper has built comprehensive expertise in valuation services and leads significant international mandates. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and actively participates in the ZIA Accounting and Valuation Committee and the DVFA Real Estate Commission.

Kemper combines technical knowledge with strategic insight to deliver effective valuation solutions for complex real estate assets throughout Europe.
