Ollie is one of the most active office leasing agents in the South East region. He is currently advising on leasing campaigns for major office developments in Reading, West London, Cambridge and other major office centres. Ollie has a very strong record having let schemes such as One Station Hill (275,000 sf) and Thames Tower (185,000 sf) in Reading, The Charter Building (250,000 sf) in Uxbridge, Building 6 Chiswick Park (230,000 sf), and c 500,000 sq ft of offices at CB1 in Cambridge to occupiers including Amazon and Apple.

Ollie has advised on notable freehold land transactions including advising on the sale of a 12 acre site in Reading for £35m for the development of a pharmaceutical HQ, and advising on the sale of a portfolio of offices in Slough for data centre development for £425m.
