Niels Seels serves as Senior Consultant Office Agency at JLL for the Flemish Region. His responsibilities include office leasing services for both property owners looking to lease their spaces and potential tenants seeking ideal office locations. He also handles the acquisition and sale of office sites and buildings for property owners.

In his current role, he focuses on both office leasing services and the acquisition and sale of office projects and sites throughout Flanders. His focus is to deliver client-centric service, supports clients make well-informed decisions, and guide clients throughout their journey.

Previous Experience

Before transitioning to real estate, Niels built an extensive career in the construction and design sector. He was responsible for design and project management, client communication, and financial aspects of projects as Team Lead. His experience includes managing high-quality residential and commercial office projects from concept to completion. Throughout his career, Niels developed strong skills in budget management, technical planning, and client relationship management. His technical background and diverse experience enables him to understand the practical aspects of real estate, while his commercial skills ensure successful client relationships and transactions.

Niels holds a Professional Bachelor's degree in Interior & Design with specialization in Technical Construction Interior from Lessius Mechelen.
