Current Responsibilities

With 20 years of consulting experience, Mireille leads a
team of 140+ individuals across Middle East and Africa. Mireille has extensive
knowledge of real estate supply and demand modelling and analysis, master
planning support, advanced financial modeling, portfolio advisory, development
strategies, as well as supporting planning authorities in the formulation of
forward-looking city-wide urban framework plans.

Experience

Mireille Azzam is an executive Director and Head of
Strategic Consulting in MEA at JLL specializing in helping clients develop real
estate programs that align with market demands and ensure commercial success.
With over 20 years of experience in the sector, including 17 years at JLL,
Mireille has overseen projects spanning a billion square meters of land.
Throughout her career, Mireille has navigated multiple real estate cycles and
spearheaded iconic giga and mega-scale projects in the UAE, KSA, and the wider
region.

Mireille holds a master’s degree in business administration.
