Mark is the Head of JLL’s South West Residential Value & Risk Advisory team, specialising in residential valuation and development viability. He has 20 years of experience in residential valuation, including 12 years in the South West.
He provides advice to landowners, developers, lenders, Registered Providers and public sector clients on development, financial viability and valuation. Mark is a Registered Valuer and has also acted as an expert witness on viability and valuation matters including giving evidence at planning appeals.
