Marina Krishnan

Marina has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry with experience in account management, integrated facilities management, project management, property & asset management, and operations. She is currently the President for Work Dynamics in Asia Pacific and is responsible for the Account Management business, leading a team of account management leaders and multi-disciplinary teams, managing client relationships and contracted service delivery to clients in this region for all real estate services. Her responsibilities include corporate strategy, client strategy, client satisfaction, and retention and growth of global, regional and local contracts in Asia Pacific.

Marina is also the regional leader for the Technology Division, Financial Services Division and Lifesciences Division in Asia Pacific. She is responsible for the strategy, delivery, retention and growth of clients in these sectors.

Marina was the Managing Director, Corporate Account Management between 2010 and 2019 and was responsible for the client relationship management and account management functions in Asia Pacific as well as the global and regional Integrated Facilities Management client relationships across the region. Clients included Intel, Google, Facebook, DBS Bank, Shell, Amazon and Microsoft.

Between 2002 and 2010, she held the following key positions:

• Head of the Strategic Property Services Platform (Best Practices platform), Asia Pacific
• Head of Integrated Facilities Management – South Asia

Marina has a MBA and Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hons) from UNSW, Australia.
