Jessica Chan

Jessica leads JLL Hong Kong’s Investor Solutions platform, advising clients with real estate portfolios across Asia Pacific. She designs strategic solutions for diverse scenarios—from new market entries and expansions to portfolio reconfigurations, optimizations, and disposals.

As a trained architect and project manager, Jessica brings deep expertise from the construction industry. She holds an MBA in Finance from New York University and a BA in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley.

With over 15 years at JLL, she has worked across New York, Washington DC, Singapore, and Hong Kong, delivering cross-regional insights.

Beyond real estate, Jessica is a passionate advocate for equity and education. She serves on the AmCham HK WOI Committee, is the Co-Head of ULI Hong Kong’s Education Committee, and previously chaired The Women’s Foundation Mentoring Program Advisory Committee (2023–2024). In 2024, she spoke at TEDxTinHauWomen on Visible & Invisible Differences, highlighting inclusive leadership.
