Current responsibilities
Jacqueline Wong is a Local Director with JLL Hong Kong's Value and Risk Advisory (VAS) department. She is responsible for all aspects of property valuation and strategic consulting in Hong Kong, including: valuation for financial and accounting purposes, site valuations, whole block building valuations and portfolio asset valuations. She also provides strategic consulting services, including consultancy studies on development potential and design, industrial wholesale conversion, REITs and the retail market.
Jacqueline has worked on a wide spectrum of properties. Her major involvement includes property valuation and consultancy for Hongkong Land, Swire Properties, MTR Corporation, Nan Fung Group, Link REIT, and various government departments, etc.

Experience
Jacqueline started her career as a graduate valuer in VAS's Mortgage Advisory team, before working briefly with the Firm's Residential department as a Marketing Executive.
Returning to VAS, she then worked with the Advisory and Consultancy teams, where she concentrated on providing valuation services in relation to properties with substantial values and consultancy projects related to development potential, REITs and the retail market.
Education
Jacqueline holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Science (Econ) in Economics and Geography from University College London.
Affiliations
Jacqueline is a holder of Estate Agent’s Licence, a Registered Professional Surveyor (General Practice) and a Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. She is also a Registered Valuer and Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.?
