Ihemba is a highly accomplished professional with over 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. As a Licensed Real Estate Agent (REAA 2008), he has consistently demonstrated expertise and proficiency in the field.

Based in Auckland, Ihemba serves as a Director in the Tenant Representation and Corporate Real Estate Advisory team, where he is instrumental in providing strategic and comprehensive real estate solutions to corporate clients nationwide.

In 2019, Ihemba joined JLL as a Director, spearheading the Tenant Representation business across New Zealand. Prior to this, he honed his skills and acquired global market knowledge while working with industry-leading firms such as CBRE and Knight Frank.

With extensive expertise in acquisitions, disposals, financial modelling, lease renewals, and strategic consultancy, Ihemba consistently assists clients in achieving optimal outcomes across a wide range of office sector projects.
