Before joining JLL in 2016, Huiling spent five years in investment and asset management at Perennial Real Estate Holdings, where she managed prominent Singapore assets including 112 Katong, Chinatown Point, and CHIJMES. As part of Perennial's investment team, she contributed to USD 2 billion in mixed-use development acquisitions and conducted greenfield feasibility studies.
