As Head of Logistics & Industrial (L&I) China at JLL, Yin Hong is based in Shanghai and oversees the firm’s logistics and industrial real estate services across the country.
Yin Hong joined JLL Shanghai in 2002 as China Account Manager for a global industrial client and has since progressed through roles of increasing responsibility—including Senior Manager, Associate Director, Director, Senior Director, and Co-Head of L&I China—culminating in his current leadership position over his 20-year tenure with the company.
Under his leadership, Yin Hong and his team have supported renowned multinational corporations in establishing strategic investment projects across key Chinese locations, driving local economic growth and industrial development. In recent years, Yin Hong’s team has also actively supported several Chinese companies in their outbound investment projects across global markets.
Prior to JLL, Yin Hong held brief roles at a Shanghai-based local government agency and an investment consultancy in Singapore.
Yin Hong holds a Master of Social Sciences from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Renmin University of China.
