About
Daniel works with a research team across 12 offices in China to cover the office, retail and industrial property sectors in the key cities in mainland China. He is responsible for writing and coordinating JLL’s regular research publications, and focuses on tracking and analyzing government policies and economic data and updates internal and external clients on the implications of related economic or policy changes.
As a key advisor to property investors and developers, he looks after JLL’s market leading real estate research service in China: Real Estate Intelligence Service (REIS) and Logistics Intelligence Service (LIS). He has extensive experience in providing real estate advisory and consulting services to both international and Chinese developers, investors and corporates.
Experience
Daniel joined JLL’s Research team in Shanghai in 2007, bringing with him his in-depth experience in market research and development consultancy studies. Throughout his career, Daniel has participated in numerous project feasibility studies.
