李晶 (Cindy Li)

Cindy Li is the Geo Chair and Managing Director of the Project & Development Services (PDS) for Work Dynamics, JLL China. She leads the team in providing integrated solutions and project management delivery services to multinational and Chinese corporate clients, covering the entire lifecycle of clients' corporate real estate.

Cindy has over 20 years of experience in consulting and project and development services. Before joining JLL, she worked in two cities, Shanghai and the UK, providing forward-thinking initiatives and services to numerous Fortune 500 Chinese and multinational companies on projects worldwide. During her six years in the UK, she has managed large-scale overseas investment projects for many Chinese developers and high-tech companies, providing professional full-process development management and consulting services for a wide range of projects, including commercial real estate, hotels, corporate real estate, large-scale factories, R&D centers, and large crude oil terminals.

With her strong technical background, extensive business network, and compelling communication skills, Cindy effectively addresses critical business challenges for clients while fostering excellent and sustainable relationships. She provides comprehensive technical leadership to introduce digital solutions, from actively consulting and capital planning to design, construction, and project management. She provides transformative, future-proof solutions to align with corporate strategy and help clients achieve their broader vision and business goals.

Cindy holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology, a Master of Science degree in Large Scale Project Management from the University of Oxford, UK, and a Distinguished Women's Scholarship from the University of Oxford, UK, in 2016; she also holds a National Level Registered Project Manager qualification in China and membership of the Royal Institute of Surveyors.
