Ben Dickinson

Ben leads the Asia Pacific Leasing Advisory business, with overarching responsibility for the delivery of all leasing business in the region to occupier and developer clients. In addition, Ben also leads the Asia Pacific Transaction Management business. This team specialises in the account management of transactional services for JLL’s corporate occupier clients.

Ben has twenty-seven years of experience in commercial real estate. Twenty-five of these were spent on advising occupiers, providing advisory services for their office leasing needs with specific focus on tenant representation, corporate advisory, strategic planning, and portfolio management.

Prior to his current roles, Ben was the Head of Leasing for Hong Kong, where he was responsible for the management and overall delivery of the leasing businesses. He has also held other Hong Kong leadership positions including ‘Head of Markets’ and ‘Head of Tenant Representation’.

Before joining JLL in 2004 Ben worked at Savills in both London and Hong Kong.

Ben is a professional associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds a Bachelor of Land Economy degree from Aberdeen University. He is also a licenced Hong Kong estate agent.
