Alexandre De Wagheneire is currently working in the Capital Markets team at JLL as Head of Office Capital Markets BeLux, where he provides strategic sales advice on commercial real estate transactions in Belgium and Luxembourg.
Alexandre started his professional career in 2013 as Senior Auditor at Deloitte Belgium. He joined the Capital Markets Team of JLL in 2017 where he began his career as an Account Manager for the Belgian and Luxembourg Market. Since then, he moved on to be Director and eventually Senior Director and Head of Office Capital Markets BeLux.
In his day-to-day responsibilities, Alexandre interacts with a diverse range of clients, including foreign and local institutional groups, asset managers, family offices, as well as Belgian or international private individuals.
Alexandre has a Master in Commercial Sciences as well as a Master in Applied Economics and International Business from the Catholic University of Leuven. He also did a postgraduate year in Real Estate.
